Salt of The North Supperclub - 07.03.2025
Salt of the North is a supper club from chefs Daniel England and Ashley Jane Covill, hosted by Tawny Stores.
For the first instalment of this supper club, the chefs have prepared a five-course menu inspired by culinary traditions of Northern Europe.
There will be a focus on local and seasonal food, dairy produce and heritage grains alongside traditional food preservation techniques.

Venison and Porcini Dumplings

Chocolate and Rye Mousse
The Supper club will be BYOB with a corkage fee of £7 per person. Soft drinks will be available from Tawny Stores drinks menu.
About The Chefs
Daniel and Ashley are a couple currently working as chefs here at Tawny Stores. They met while working in the kitchen at Stretford Canteen, and have both worked in many much-loved restaurants around Manchester and Cheshire.
